Pressure Gauges

Pressure gauges are measuring instruments used to detect and display the pressure of fluids or gases within a system. There are different types of pressure gauges, but the basic operation is similar: the pressure gauge is connected to the system in which you want to measure the pressure, the fluid or gas exerts a force on the surface of the pressure gauge, which is then converted into a graduated scale that indicates pressure in a specific unit of measurement (usually psi, bar, Pa or kg/cm²). Pressure gauges can be used in a wide range of applications, including heating and cooling systems, fluid flow control systems, compressors, pumps and general industrial plants. They are essential tools to ensure the correct functioning of these systems and to prevent any failures or malfunctions.

There are different types of pressure gauges available, some of which are as follows:

• Tubular spring pressure gauge: available in standard, anti-vibration or “All stainless steel” execution, with radial connection or rear connection, in different dimensions, scale ranges and precision classes.
• Diaphragm pressure gauge: stronger and easier to protect against overpressure and corrosive fluids than tubular spring pressure gauges, available with threaded or flanged connection.
• Digital pressure gauge: uses an electronic sensor to detect pressure and display the result on a digital display, measuring range up to 1,000 Bar, simple data transmission via USB and Bluetooth® interfaces.
• Differential pressure gauge: For measuring points with a high differential pressure load and/or high working pressures (static pressures), even in aggressive environments, available in different scale ranges to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
